To show God’s love
At Maitland Baptist Church we want to make our church a safe and welcoming place for everybody to experience the love of God, particularly children, young people and vulnerable adults.
As part of that we have embraced a safe church policy, and mandatory code of conducts and screening processes for all staff and volunteers.
Our commitment is to
- Continue to strive to be a community of safe people sharing God’s good news
- Provide spaces, services and programs that promote physical, emotional and spiritual health
- Graciously listen to all feedback given to us, including complaints and grievances. If you would like to raise a complaint, please speak with a member of the Safe Churches Team
